Weight and Fat Loss by Breathing Exercise
Hey Guys I am going to share a self experienced secret with you for fat loss. The secret is “Breathing Exercise”. I know your first reaction will be that I am talking like some Yogi baba , but it is true. I am sharing this with you because I have seen some of my friends who are struggling with obesity. They have amazing and pleasing personality but somewhere they are not happy. They don‘t feel good, when they see themselves in the mirror. I just want to help. Believe me .. It WORKS!!

"Relaxing Breath Exercise" : This breathing exercise may be done sitting, lying, or standing.
1 Close your mouth. Inhale through your nose for a silent count of four.
2. Hold the breath for a silent count of seven.
3. Open your mouth and exhale audibly for a silent count of eight.
4. Repeat the cycle four times and resume breathing normally.
Improving your breathing will improve your general health because it treats the whole body. After few days of practice it improves your metabolism and aid “Natural Weight Loss“. It also creates relation between your conscious and unconscious mind. In the beginning, may be you will not see much effect and feel it is boring. But after few weeks it will start working for you and results will be visible, even if you skip a day or so.
You can club breathing exercise with your weight exercises for more effective results.
