Organizations have " Goal Setting Process " for the employees. They ask employee to set goals for next 1 year so that employee can always refer to those goals and track their progress.                                               I think that organizations should have " Expectation Setting Process " too for the employees by the manager so that employee can track their progress in terms of satisfying those “Expectations”. This will avoid unnecessary discussion and pointless reasons for bad appraisals like you didn’t do this you didn’t do that. Most of the time employee focuses on the project success. They work on project to achieve targets and meet deadlines. They have no time for the finding out extra expectations. This is the gap between expectations and goals. Result will be poor appraisal process and unsatisfied employee. Employee will always wonder that he performed well whole year, he made project a huge success and still poor appraisal, what did go wrong?? A

This book is a fascinating story of how a Young man evolved into the great Swami Vivekanand, the rediscovered of the true soul of Indian philosophy.  After reading it, I feel connected to India’s spirituality again. The way Swamiji represented Indian Philosophy is really commendable.  He explained big things like life and idol worship in laymen’s terms. Instead of working for a particular religion, language, state or country, he thought about all mankind. The mission of enlightening Indian society was not simple but he tried to accomplish it by using his wisdom, knowledge acquired by reading Indian scriptures and Vedanta, association with knowledgeable people around the world and most importantly his will power.  One thing I learned form him is that To clear your doubt you must read as much as you can, think about it and try to assimilate good things into your life. And if still you are not clear then take help of your Gurus. I will strongly recommend this book to learn about this

Bhagwan is not born, s/he grows to be one. Bhagvan Mahavira did it. He became a God, when he conquered himself. To conquer delusion, attachment and aversion is to conquer oneself. “Work Credit Theft” is increasing in Service industry. Work Credit Theft happens when you do the job and somebody else ( Your colleauge, Lead or Representative) takes all the credit.
