2. Have a monthly 1-on-1 meeting with each teammate.
Start with general talk and then come to work. Understand what he/she is doing, any issues, any help needed. Improvement areas.

3. Timely highlight issues and expected corrective actions.

4. Set realistic objectives.

5. Lead by example.

6. Give support when people are in need.
